시트1 sales.duckdb에서 생중계

DuckDB 데이터베이스는 일반적으로 .dpm으로 끝나는 단일 파일입니다. .duckdbExcel은 이러한 파일을 자체적으로 열 수 없으며, 일반적인 해결 방법은 ODBC 드라이버를 설치하고 연결 문자열을 설정하는 것입니다. Query Streams는 이러한 과정을 생략합니다. 작은 도우미 프로그램이 파일이 있는 위치에서 파일을 읽어오고, Excel 추가 기능이 해당 파일에서 원하는 행을 요청합니다. 두 프로그램은 같은 컴퓨터에 있을 필요가 없습니다. 파일은 회사 컴퓨터에 있어도 되고, 사용자는 집의 노트북, 멀리 떨어진 동료의 컴퓨터, 또는 웹 브라우저를 통해 Excel에서 작업할 수 있습니다.

The Agent on a computer that can open the file

백그라운드에서 실행되는 작은 프로그램으로, Excel에서 파일을 요청할 때 파일을 읽어줍니다. 아래 2단계에서 해당 프로그램을 어디에서 구할 수 있는지 보여줍니다.

예를 들어, 그것이 어디에 있는지 알아두세요. C:\Data\sales.duckdb 또는 \\server\share\sales.duckdb. If it lives in OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive, make sure it is synced to the Agent’s computer.

5단계로 연결하세요

1. 계정을 만드세요

2. Install the Agent on a computer that can open the file

   로그인, 열기 다운로드, and install the Agent for your system on the computer where the file is, or on one that can open it from a network share. It takes a minute and starts on its own from then on.

   드라이버 대신 작은 프로그램을 사용하는 이유는 무엇인가요? The Agent is one install for Windows, Mac or Linux (about 85 MB on Windows, a little over 100 MB on Mac and Linux) that runs quietly in the background. It makes one outbound, encrypted connection to Query Streams, the same way a browser does, so you open no firewall port and set up no VPN. The file stays where it is, and the rows travel to wherever you are, across the internet if need be. The only thing on your side is the add-in.

3. DuckDB 파일을 가리키도록 설정하세요.

   브라우저로 돌아가서 열기 데이터 에이전트 (아래에 데이터 상단 메뉴에서 담당 에이전트를 확인하세요. (상단 메뉴에 있습니다.) 커넥터 추가, 선택하다 DuckDB그리고 다음 내용을 기입하세요:

   연결 이름

   나중에 알아볼 수 있는 이름들입니다. 예를 들어, 판매 데이터베이스 같은 것이죠.

   데이터베이스 파일 경로

   Where the DuckDB file (.duckdb or .db) is: a path on the Agent’s computer, or a network path, like \\server\share\folder\sales.duckdb, never a mapped drive letter such as S:. Use Browse to pick it.

   클릭 테스트 연결읽을 때 연결됨클릭 저장연결은 몇 초 내에 에이전트에 도달합니다.

   테스트에 실패했나요? Usually the path has a typo, or it uses a mapped drive letter such as 에스:, which the Agent cannot see. Open the folder, copy the path from the address bar, and paste it in again. For a file on another computer, see Reaching a file on a network share 아래에.

4. See your data in Query Builder 선택 과목

   You can look at your DuckDB file before Excel is involved at all. Open 쿼리 빌더 in the portal and pick the connection you just made. The 스키마 tab lists your tables and columns, and clicking one puts its name in the editor, so you can write a query without remembering exact names. Click 실행 and the rows appear under 결과. Query Builder is on every plan, Free included.

   On Business plans you can also ask Nova in plain English (“show me customers in the USA”) and it writes the SQL for you. When the query looks right, save it: from Personal Core up it shows in the add-in’s Saved Queries list, and on any plan you can copy the SQL into the next step.

5. Excel에 쿼리 스트림 추가

   엑셀에서 다음으로 이동하세요. 삽입 → 추가 기능 가져오기검색하세요 쿼리 스트림그리고 클릭하세요 추가하다또는 바로 열어보세요. Microsoft AppSource에서 Query Streams를 검색하세요.리본 메뉴에 '스트림 쿼리' 버튼이 나타납니다. 동일한 계정으로 로그인하세요.

   Windows 및 Mac용 Microsoft 365 Excel과 웹 버전 Excel에서 작동합니다.

6. 첫 번째 테이블을 가져오세요

   "쿼리 스트림" 버튼을 클릭하고 선택하세요. 쿼리를 스트리밍하세요그리고 방금 연결한 연결을 선택하세요.

   실행하려는 쿼리를 입력하세요. 이 쿼리는 테이블에서 몇 개의 열을 가져옵니다. 주문 테이블:

   SQL을 모르시나요? Build it in 쿼리 빌더 first and paste it here, or pick it from Saved Queries if you saved it.

Reaching a file on a network share

The Agent opens files as a background service, not as you, so a file on another computer needs one extra step. Which step depends on the computer the Agent runs on.

If the test cannot get to the share, look for these words in its result: unreachable means the Agent’s computer got no answer from the server. On Linux or a Mac, not mounted means the share still has to be mounted, and that message includes the exact mount command for your server.
