Yes. Open a shared query and a presence bar shows who else is in it; you can co-edit the same SQL live with named remote cursors, and automatic conflict resolution keeps everyone’s changes. It works on any plan — adding multiple users to a workspace requires a business email domain.

Does Nova write the SQL for me?

Yes — ask in plain English and Nova drafts SQL against your live schema, validates it, and lets you preview and Apply it. It can also explain, fix and optimize an existing query. Nova is included on Business & Enterprise plans (monthly credits, then pay-as-you-go). More about Nova AI.

Which databases and APIs can I query?

SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery, SQLite, Microsoft Access and DuckDB — plus API connectors for Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, ShipStation and iTick, all queried with standard SQL through the API Connector.

Can people run my queries without seeing the SQL?

Yes. Share a saved query and recipients pick it, set the filters you exposed, and pull live results into their own Excel or Google Sheets — they never see the SQL, schema or credentials. How sharing works.

Is it safe to run against production?

Execution is read-only by default — the validator only allows SELECT, WITH and EXPLAIN. The Network Agent connects outbound-only (no inbound ports, no VPN) and credentials stay on your network.

What plan do I need?

Writing, running and saving queries in the builder is available on the free-forever tier. Running saved queries from the Excel/Sheets add-ins and publishing REST endpoints start on the paid tiers; authoring dynamic filters and Nova AI are Business & Enterprise features, while real-time collaboration works on any plan (adding multiple users needs a business email domain).
